Availability and Delivery
Acceptance and completion of an order is subject always to the goods which have been ordered being available and Mobal solutions ltd shall be under no liability for delay or non-performance caused either by the goods being not available or by any circumstances beyond Mobal solutions ltd control.

Mobal solutions ltd cannot give a time of delivery, unless specified. Any date for delivery given by Mobal solutions ltd is the best estimate that can be made and Mobal solutions ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage (whether direct or consequential). Mobal solutions ltd do deliver any orders to United Kingdom

We endeavour to dispatch all in stock accessories within 1 working day of the payment for goods have been made.

Parcels sent to remote parts of the United Kingdom, such as Northern Scotland and parts of Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man etc may take longer to deliver.
Risk
Once goods have been delivered to the customer ,Mobal solutions ltd are not responsible for any damage or loss to the product(s) after this time.
Waiver

No waiver or modification of the Terms of this Agreement shall be binding upon Mobal solutions ltd unless made in writing and signed by the Managing Director of Mobal solutions ltd.

Mobal solutions ltd will endeavour to inform the customer of any hindrance or delay of the order however Mobal solutions ltd will incur no liability for failure to give such notice.
